VT Nordic AB - Fields of Peers

1.Introduction 

Welcome to Fields of Peers, operated by VT Nordic AB ("Company", "we", "us"). By signing in with Apple or Google, creating an account, or using our Service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. These terms protect both users and the company, and are designed to comply with App Store and Google Play policies. We may update these Terms; continued use after changes (notified in-app or via email) means acceptance.

2. Eligibility 

Users must be 18+ to register. By using the Service, you confirm you can form a legal contract and will follow all applicable laws. You have not been convicted of violent or sexual crimes.

3. Account 

Security You are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of your login credentials. Unauthorized use must be reported to support@fieldsofpeers.com immediately.

4. Service Modifications & Termination 

We may modify or discontinue features at any time. You may close your account anytime via Settings. If your account is terminated due to a violation, refunds may not apply.

5. User Conduct 

You agree to behave respectfully, not harass or abuse other users. Users are responsible for their interactions. We do not conduct criminal background checks. Prohibited conduct includes (but is not limited to) harassment, abuse, fake profiles, spam, or any behavior violating these Terms or applicable laws.

6. Content Moderation and Enforcement 

We enforce these rules primarily through user reports submitted directly in the app. We also offer a photo verification system to help prevent fake accounts. All reports are reviewed manually by our admin team. Admins have full access to review and remove photos, accounts, messages, or any other content that violates these Terms or our guidelines. We may suspend or permanently terminate accounts based on reports, violations, or for safety reasons, at our sole discretion.

7. Third-Party Services 

We use services like Firebase and Mapbox for features such as messaging and maps. We are not liable for their actions. Using related features means you agree to the third-party terms.

8. Payments & Subscriptions (Future) 

When introduced, in-app purchases will be handled via Apple or Google. Their terms apply. Refunds go through the store. Prices may change and subscriptions auto-renew until cancelled. Users must consent at purchase.

9. Rights & Content 

Users retain ownership of their content. By posting content, you grant us a license to operate the Service, improve features, and enforce rights. We may remove content violating these terms. (See Content Moderation and Enforcement above for how we handle removals.)

10. Limitation of Liability 

VT Nordic AB is not responsible for indirect or consequential damages, loss of data, or disputes between users. Liability is limited to the amount paid, if any, in the previous 24 months. The Service is provided "as-is" and "as available." We do not guarantee matches, safety, or protection from harm. You use the Service at your own risk. Meet other users responsibly and independently verify their identities. We are not responsible for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from use of the Service.

11. Governing Law 

These Terms are governed by Swedish law and EU regulations, except where Apple or Google rules apply.
